The Services offered and provided by Héritage Sauvage are intended for consumer clients over the age of 18 with full legal capacity (the “Client(s)”).
Héritage Sauvage reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The amended T&Cs shall take effect from the date they are published on the Site. The applicable T&Cs are those communicated to and accepted by the Client in accordance with Article 4.
Héritage Sauvage is an independent consulting company with expertise in African destinations, operating within travel project frameworks and specializing in advisory services which may include, but are not limited to, the following (the “Services”):
• Strategic pre-project consulting; and/or
• Advice on the design and structuring of tailor-made travel itineraries (rhythm, coherence, seasons, logistical constraints, etc.); and/or
• Introduction to identified local service providers (DMCs, lodges, airlines, private guides, luxury trains, etc.); and/or
• Pre-departure advice and, where applicable, support during the trip.
The exact scope of the Services provided by Héritage Sauvage depends on the nature of the offer selected by the Client.
The guide to the offers proposed by Héritage Sauvage is available on the Site. It outlines the scope of the “Travel Consulting & Strategy” Service and, broadly, the other offers and their potential inclusions. However, for each travel project, the precise scope of the Services under the “Signature Itinerary” or “Prestige Concierge” offers is defined on a case-by-case basis, in writing, in the quotation sent by Héritage Sauvage prior to any confirmation of an order.
IT IS EXPRESSLY STATED, WHICH THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS, THAT HÉRITAGE SAUVAGE IS NEITHER A TRAVEL AGENCY NOR A TOUR OPERATOR WITHIN THE MEANING OF APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. HÉRITAGE SAUVAGE DOES NOT ACT AS A FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARY.
AS SUCH, THE SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY BOOKINGS OR ANY COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS RELATED TO TRAVEL SERVICES (FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION, SAFARIS, TRANSPORT, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
After contacting Héritage Sauvage via the form available on the Site or by email, the Client and Héritage Sauvage agree on a time slot for an initial phone call.
This initial call, limited to thirty (30) minutes (the “discovery call”), is free of charge and without commitment for either party. It allows for an initial discussion of the Client’s travel project and Héritage Sauvage’s approach.
Following the discovery call, Héritage Sauvage sends the Client the offer guide and these T&Cs on a durable medium (PDF sent by email).
After receiving these documents, if the Client wishes to engage Héritage Sauvage, they may choose (by email):
• To order the “Travel Consulting & Strategy” Service.
In this case, Héritage Sauvage sends a payment request for the price of the Service (as indicated in the offer guide). Subject to payment, a time slot is scheduled (phone or video). At the end of this Service (which does not include any deliverable), the Client may choose to proceed with extended services (“Signature Itinerary” or “Prestige Concierge”), in which case the amount already paid will be deducted from the final quote.
• Or to directly order the “Signature Itinerary” or “Prestige Concierge” offer
In this case, Héritage Sauvage sends a quotation and payment request. Subject to payment, execution begins and a preliminary working session is scheduled.
IN BOTH CASES, PAYMENT BY THE CLIENT CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRICE AND OF THESE T&Cs, AND A FULL AND IRREVOCABLE ORDER (SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL BELOW).
WORK SESSIONS ARE GENERALLY SCHEDULED AFTER THE EXPIRY OF THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, UNLESS THE CLIENT EXPRESSLY REQUESTS EARLY EXECUTION. SEE ARTICLE 6.
